I agree that it is a world problem, however it is a far greater problem for us in the west as we are the ones doing the high intensity fighting in places like Afghanistan...but the idea of the UN passing laws should probably be refrained from. But I don't think a reform of the UN would come from say Africa.
Perhaps you should have spent more time reviewing what is posted on the forum before joining? Youtube seems to let anybody post anything, that is [U]not the case[/U] here on this military forum. The moderators are quick to weed out trolls, flame-heads and discontents trying to spread their version of history and political events.
On further review it appears as the qoutes are all messed up. Some how when it went to qoutes it was remiss. O well something in the computor world black science crap I guess.
