International Exhibition of Police and military equipment INTERPOLITEX-2009
Moscow, October 27-30, 2009

Tactical demonstration program of Interpolitex-2009 exhibition was held at 29-th October 2009 in ODON training center near Balashikha.

There were 5 different tasks in the program of exercises. The following units took part in it: Ministry of Interior OMON Zubr, Moscow OMON, Moscow region OMON, OMON of Moscow air and water transport police department, Moscow region OMSN, Internal troops special purpose units.

Minister of Internal Affairs of Russia, Army General Rashid Nurgaliyev also took part in the event. Supervised exercises Deputy Head of the Center operational guidance to the special units of Russia Ministry of Internal Affairs, Major-General Police A. Ivanin.

On a side note, to others familiar with spetsnaz equipment, is AS VAL still used, or phased out? I've seen Vikhr and Vintorez in pics thus far.

My very good friend just got back from serving for 3 years with 16 OBrSPN GRU

He spent some time in Abhasia and a few other interesting places.

Im gonna do an interview with him some time in the next 2-3 weeks, a good exclusive for Mp.net only. And ofcourse with a few photos to come with
